I have an NHS GP, can I still be seen?
Yes, many of our patients have an NHS GP but choose to see us in addition to this. We recommend that you maintain registration with an NHS GP where entitled.
Will my records be shared with my NHS GP?
You’ll be able to specify whether or not you would like us to share your records with your NHS GP when you register with us – we won’t not share any confidential medical information without your prior knowledge.
Do you have access to my NHS records?
We don’t automatically have access to your NHS records but we can request this if you are happy for us to do so and it is relevant to your treatment.
How much does a GP consultation cost?
GP consultations start at £80, please refer to our fees page for full pricing details.
Will a GP consultation be covered by my medical insurance?
This will depend on the insurance provider so please check before booking – many insurers don’t cover consultations but will cover any tests or investigations that may be required.
Can I be referred to a specialist consultant?
Yes, we can write a private referral letter to allow you to be be seen by a specialist privately.
How do I receive my test results?
This is totally up to you and you can specify this at your appointment – we can share results with you by telephone, email, letter or at a follow-up appointment.
Can I be seen if I’m not a UK resident?
Absolutely, those who are not permanent UK residents and therefore not entitled to NHS treatment are very welcome.
